- The Product Manager will own product roadmaps across multiple products in the Medha portfolio and lead them through the full lifecycle — from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and post-launch optimisation.
- This role sits at the nexus of Leadership, Design, Engineering, and Quality, and also carries responsibility for user onboarding, training, and first-line query resolution — ensuring products deliver measurable value in live healthcare environments.
- Own and drive product roadmaps for multiple products within the Medha portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and business goals.
- Translate high-level business objectives into clearly defined epics, user stories, and prioritised backlogs.
- Lead quarterly and annual roadmap planning cycles in collaboration with Leadership, balancing strategic bets with near-term delivery commitments.
- Continuously evaluate and re-prioritise the roadmap based on user feedback, competitive signals, and data insights.
- Partner closely with Leadership to understand strategic intent and cascade it into product direction.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Design team to drive user research, define experience requirements, and review design artefacts.
- Collaborate with Engineering to scope, estimate, and deliver features on time with high quality — participating in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Engage with the Quality team to define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure post-release stability.
- Lead user onboarding and training sessions for new product releases, ensuring clinical and operational users are confident and proficient.
- Create and maintain user-facing documentation, FAQs, and training guides tailored to varied user personas (clinical, operational, administrative).
- Serve as the primary escalation point for user queries, coordinating with Engineering and QA for swift resolution of product issues.
- Track recurring issues and user pain points, feeding them into the product roadmap as prioritised improvement items.
- Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiry, and observational research across hospital environments to deeply understand workflows and unmet needs.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Define and validate hypotheses through rapid prototyping, pilots, and structured feedback loops.
- Author and maintain comprehensive product documentation: PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, and release notes.
- Define product KPIs and success metrics; build dashboards and reports to track adoption, engagement, and outcome impact.
- Drive post-launch reviews, compiling lessons learned and sharing actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and internal communication plans for major releases.
- Present product updates, roadmap reviews, and strategic proposals to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders — hospital operations, clinical leads, finance, and IT — to ensure product adoption and feedback loops are active.
- Roadmap Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to own multi-product roadmaps, balance competing priorities, and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills — able to craft compelling narratives for C-suite, clinical, and engineering audiences alike.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and metrics; experience with analytics or BI tools is a strong advantage.
- User Empathy & Product Sense: Deep ability to translate user pain points and behavioural insights into impactful product decisions.
- Agile Fluency: Hands-on experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies; familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of APIs, data pipelines, system architecture, and cloud platforms — enough to have credible conversations with engineering teams.
- Training & Enablement: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes for diverse user groups in operational environments.
- Issue Identification & Resolution: Skilled at diagnosing product issues, triaging urgency, and coordinating rapid cross-functional resolution.
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with HIS/EMR systems, clinical workflows, or hospital operations is a significant advantage.
