Position Summary
The role of IT Solution Designer / Solution Architect for Deloitte Technology supports digital transformation by designing and introducing new solutions, IT assets and services sustainably and securely across all layers of IT.
Work you'll do
Support by working closely with project stakeholders and requestors, gathering requirements for an agnostic technical solution, translating them into technical requirements, creating solution architecture and documentation, estimating effort with project managers, and coordinating implementation with domain experts and operations teams.
- Requirements: work closely with project stakeholders and requestors to gather all requirements for an agnostic technical solution and translate them into technical requirements
- Design: create architecture for digital services covering hosting, network, user access, data retention, security and sustainable operations
- Analyze: assess design patterns, suppliers and products for effectiveness against functional and quality requirements
- Plan: create effort estimates and implementation plans aligned with project managers
- Lead: together with the Project Manager act as a technical sub-project- lead and catalyst with domain experts and project teams
- Share: create documentation and architectural views according to best practices and present results to stakeholders and peers
- Communication: structure, present and communicate work results; translate requirements into technical designs
- Ownership: manage priorities, work structure and tasks to ensure on-time deliverables
- Stakeholder management: proactive expectation management and transparent escalation of risks, complications, status changes and progress
Deloitte Technology is responsible for providing digital services across the entire technology stack, including enterprise applications, integrations, data structures, workflow automation, security, compliance and sustainable operations.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 6 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role and enterprise organization
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and structured solution design approaches
- Solid knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, data structures, workflow automation, security and compliance requirements
- Work experience with MS Azure is a plus
- Ability to translate requirements into technical designs and architectural views
- Awareness of digital compliance guidelines and security controls
- The ability to explain and clarify matters, and to handle technical and compliance assessment reviews with interactive sessions
- Proficiency in English language; German language skills are an advantage
