Video Monitoring Job Title: Video Analyst Experience: 01- 3 in years Location: CIC, Hyderabad Job Description:

Monitor incoming alarm signals using video, verifying and dispatching appropriate action items consistent with training.
Conduct proactive virtual guard tours using remote video to identify illegal and unwarranted activity and action appropriate events.
Perform Computer keyboard functions for console operations, telephone for responder and contact notifications and control of video using automated software.
Document accurate concise, detailed, factual and meaningful reports of events handled.
Perform other duties as assigned by the SOC Supervisor and/shift leaders. (Key Responsibility Areas.
Valid Alarm events detected and promptly acted upon
Limit and reduce false alarms
Daily guard tours
Accurate reporting
Identification of issues

Essential Skills

Computer keyboard skills
Calm in stressful situations
Ability to multitask
Communication skills both written and verbal Desired Skills:
Understanding of video, CCTV and or Alarm monitoring
Video analytics
Alarm Call Center experience
