Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are responsible for providing safe and timely transportation services to hotel guests, executives, and the General Manager, ensuring that all transfers, including airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and special transportation requests, are handled professionally and with the highest level of service. As a Driver / GM - Driver, you’re not just transporting the guests and executive team between local destinations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Transportation & Guest Service: Safely transport guests, executives, and the General Manager to designated locations. Assist with luggage handling and ensure a pleasant, professional guest experience.
- VIP & Executive Support: Provide discreet, personalized service to VIPs and the General Manager, managing schedules and special requests.
- Vehicle Care: Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Route & Time Management: Plan efficient routes and manage time effectively to meet schedules and accommodate last-minute changes.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel policies; ensure vehicles are equipped with safety tools.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate trip logs and report vehicle issues or incidents promptly.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- Proven background as a professional driver, ideally in hospitality or VIP/executive transport.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of local routes, traffic laws, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities with a discreet, professional demeanor.
- Able to manage time efficiently and respond to last-minute schedule changes.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
