Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations that effectively communicate architectural and interior design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with architects, planners, and interior designers to develop visual content aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Design interior layouts, select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to complement architectural designs and enhance spatial experiences.
• Prepare detailed presentation materials and mood boards to support client meetings and design reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D software, visualization techniques, and design trends to maintain innovative outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality and accuracy.
• Revise and adapt visualizations and interior designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D visualizer and interior designer within the architecture or planning industry.
• Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion to produce photorealistic images.
• Excellent understanding of interior design principles, materials, and spatial planning.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into compelling 3D visuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
