What makes the role meaty?

We are looking for a hands-on and target-driven City TA professional to manage end-to-end hiring for Delivery Executives (DEs) across Licious hubs in Chennai.

The role requires strong field hiring, field sourcing and bulk hiring capabilities, with a focus on ensuring manpower availability across hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hiring of Delivery Executives (DEs) across Licious hubs in Chennai.
• Manage field sourcing and field recruitment activities to achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Execute bulk hiring drives based on business and hub manpower requirements.
• Plan and conduct hiring activities at high-footfall locations and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with Hub Managers and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for immediate and future requirements.
• Conduct initial screening, candidate engagement and interview coordination.
• Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Track hiring funnel metrics such as sourcing, screening, selection, joining and retention.
• Identify new sourcing channels and improve hiring efficiency.
• Conduct regular field visits to Licious hubs and hiring locations across Chennai.
• Work closely with Operations to close manpower gaps within agreed timelines.

We hope that you have...

• Strong experience in field hiring and field sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment.
• Experience in blue-collar / frontline hiring, preferably Delivery Executives, Riders or similar roles.
• Strong candidate engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work with daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of Chennai local areas and candidate sourcing markets.
• Strong coordination skills with Operations and Hub teams.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling across Chennai.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
