Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst – Flex Scheduling to configure, support, and enhance Production Scheduling and HR systems. The role will primarily focus on plant shift scheduling, Time & Attendance, HR processes, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in scheduling applications, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support global HR systems, processes, data, and technology initiatives, with a primary focus on plant shift scheduling.
  • Perform day-to-day operational support and ensure system health, stability, and sustainability.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support scheduling solutions, integrations, and related HR applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze business pain points, identify process improvements, and recommend technology solutions.
  • Support projects through discovery, planning, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Develop test scenarios/scripts, execute testing, support UAT, and ensure solution quality.
  • Analyze data, processes, and system configurations to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
  • Communicate system and process changes effectively to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR technology and scheduling solutions and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions; 5+ years preferred.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling applications.
  • Experience with scheduling platforms such as Indeavor, Infor WFM, Infor APS, Shiftboard, or similar solutions.
  • Strong understanding of integrations between Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Scheduling, and HR systems.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional/technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, configuration, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in production support, system stabilization, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate proactive, critical thinking.

Preferred Skills

  • Infor WFM experience.
  • Indeavor application experience or similar workforce scheduling platforms.
  • Experience with Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and Shift Scheduling solutions.
  • Experience with Reporting & Analytics, including report development, data analysis, and operational dashboards.
  • Experience working with HR system integrations and third-party vendors.
