About The Role
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive with a basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing and hands-on exposure to paid advertising and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work across PPC, social media marketing, campaign optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
- Assist with keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
- Support the development of media plans, ad copies, creatives, and campaign structure documentation.
- Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, dashboards, and campaign summaries for client reviews.
- Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel for reporting and campaign-related activities.
- Assist with conversion tracking, UTM tagging, pixel setup, and basic attribution.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance and data analysis.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and other cross-functional teams to align paid marketing efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Support continuous testing and optimization of campaigns to improve overall performance.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge or practical exposure to paid advertising and PPC campaigns.
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
- Basic understanding of campaign metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/GA4, Canva, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Basic understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and digital marketing techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Internship, project, certification, or practical experience in digital marketing, PPC, or social media advertising will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or GoHighLevel is a plus.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
