You’ll Be Responsible For
- Monitor progress, manage PPC reporting and provide clear performance updates to project teams.
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries and installation activities to enable efficient project execution.
- Resolve interface and trade-related issues, maintaining quality, productivity and programme performance.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lead, develop and coach teams while supporting Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives.
- Between 15-20 years of relevant experience, with relevant bachelor’s degree level qualifications and SMSTS certification; CWCT, MCIOB or related credentials desirable.
- Strong understanding of installation methodologies, short-term planning and manufacturing processes.
- Sound technical knowledge of pre-construction activities, temporary works procedures and product applications.
- Effective communicator and leader, able to coordinate stakeholders, manage consultants, resolve challenges and motivate teams to achieve project and business objectives.
