Level: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant in Organization Design, you will lead and manage complex projects that help our clients align their organizational structure, operating model, and talent strategy to evolving business needs. Leveraging advanced analytical tools and your experience, you’ll coach teams, ensure quality delivery, and cultivate high-performing, collaborative environments.
Work you’ll do:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Develop and implement organization design strategies that support future-state organization structures and service delivery needs
- Prepare and evaluate organization design alternatives against defined design criteria and support leadership alignment on design selection and implementation
- Apply analytics and visualization tools to assess organization design options, operating model changes, and decision-making solutions
- Support governance, decision rights, workforce transition planning, job design, competency modeling, and career path development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while managing project plans, quality reviews, resource allocation, and timely deliverable completion
- Champion the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence and automation to improve delivery efficiency, accelerate analysis, and enhance solution quality and scalability
The Organization Workforce & Change practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, and redesigning the organization structure. It will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in organization design and strategy within industry or a consulting advisory environment
- Experience in an advisory role supporting complex organization design engagements
- Experience conducting current-state assessments, work activity analysis, and needs analysis
- Experience designing operating models, governance structures, decision rights, and organization structures
- Experience conducting research, benchmarking, and report development
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience using organization design tools such as Orgvue or OrgChart Now
- Project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile
- Experience using artificial intelligence-enabled tools to improve analysis or project delivery
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
