AI Automation Engineer

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python, AI/LLMs, automation, and infrastructure monitoring tools. The role focuses on building AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents to automate IT operations, monitoring, alert management, root cause analysis, and remediation.

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions for infrastructure monitoring and IT operations.
• Build and deploy AI agents to automate workflows across tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, BMC Helix, GitLab, SCOM, and Atlassian.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise monitoring and IT operations tools for intelligent alerting and root cause analysis.
• Develop automated solutions for incident detection, analysis, and remediation.
• Work closely with DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to automate repetitive operational activities.
• Develop Python scripts and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Explore and implement Agentic AI approaches for self-healing and autonomous IT operations.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI-based automation solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise tools and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve automation workflows.

4-6 years of relevant experience in Python automation, AI/GenAI, infrastructure automation, DevOps/SRE, or related areas.
