Summary
We are looking for PDK Runset Developer Lead (DRC mainly/ LVS exp is a plus) to lead end-to-end Runset Development from scratch.
- Prior experience in developing runsets for technologies up to 28nm
- Must be a hands-on developer with strong technical expertise
- Proven experience in runset migration
- Expertise in PVL / SVRF / PXL is preferred
- Ability to mentor and drive team members effectively
- A true go-getter mindset to take ownership and deliver excellence
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience on DRC - Runset Development
- Strong expertise in Calibre, ICV, Pegasus, or similar physical verification tools.
- Deep understanding of DRC methodology, layout design, and semiconductor manufacturing rules.
- Experience with scripting languages such as SVRF, TVF, Tcl, Python, Perl, etc.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Microelectronics
- VLSI Design
- Semiconductor Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in:
- DRC runset development (mandatory)
- LVS runset development/debugging (preferred)
- Siemens Calibre (SVRF/TVF)
- Synopsys IC Validator (ICV)
