Key Responsibilities

- Translate brand guidelines and creative concepts into engaging motion and video assets.

- Develop visual treatments and creative approaches based on a brand's tone, personality, and audience.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual language across different formats and platforms.
- Adapt campaign creatives into multiple formats including Reels, Shorts, Stories, YouTube, digital ads, presentations, and other brand touchpoints.
- Bring static designs to life through thoughtful animation and motion.
- Experiment with new visual styles, trends, and emerging creative technologies while ensuring they remain relevant to the brand.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and marketers to develop strong campaign executions.
- Take ownership of projects from creative brief → visual concept → execution → final delivery.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual communication, not just video editing.
- Excellent sense of design, aesthetics, typography, composition, and motion.
- Ability to understand why a brand communicates something, not just how it should look.
- Strong storytelling and editing instincts.
- Ability to translate an abstract idea or campaign thought into a visual execution.
