TGT SST Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess curriculum for secondary school subjects in accordance with central education guidelines.
• Facilitate interactive and student‑centred learning environments that encourage critical thinking and problem‑solving.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments; maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Identify and support students with learning difficulties; provide remedial instruction or recommend additional resources.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to foster a supportive educational community.
• Maintain discipline and classroom management, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports, and cultural programs, as required.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachlor in education (B.ed) and Graduation in the relevant subject area .
• Valid TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) certification as per CBSE Board.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of NCERT curriculum and CBSE Board guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (Classes 6‑10).
• Experience with modern teaching aids, digital classrooms, and e‑learning platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to improve student academic performance and engagement.
• Experience in co‑curricular and extracurricular program coordination.
