About Manifest Outlet

At Manifest Outlet, we’re building a hobby-centric brand around premium building block car models for car enthusiasts. We primarily cater to GenZ customers who enjoy hands-on hobbies, creativity, and the satisfaction of building something themselves.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for social media campaigns and advertisements
• Work on Instagram content strategy and brand positioning
• Write high-converting ad scripts that drive engagement, clicks, sales and not just reach
• Research Instagram trends, competitor content, and audience behaviour to inform content direction
• Identify and test new growth channels for customer acquisition
• Assist in brand storytelling, content planning, and creative ideation

What We’re Looking For

• Good understanding of social media, especially Instagram and the kind of content that gets people to stop, watch, and engage.
• Creative thinker who can come up with content ideas, hooks, and storytelling that improve performance.
• Good communication and proficient in writing simple yet engaging scripts that can bring conversions.
• Actively follows social media trends and has a good sense of what works and what doesn’t.
• Familiarity with Canva and basic photo/video editing software is a plus.
• Experience working with E-commerce brands is a plus, not mandatory.
