Job Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

Job Description

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for US healthcare staffing.
Recruit healthcare professionals such as Travel Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, RN, LPN, CNA, and other healthcare roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and recruitment networks.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and client requirements.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare candidates.
Understand client staffing requirements and match suitable candidates accordingly.
Coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding, credentialing, and placement processes.
Negotiate compensation packages and contracts with candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information in ATS systems.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements.
Consistently achieve hiring targets and meet recruitment turnaround timelines.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth placement processes.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / US Staffing.
Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, including RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and related positions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with job portals such as Indeed, Facebook, Vivian, and Wanderly.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate placement.
Willingness to work in night shifts according to US time zones.
