About the role
At Optiminastic, we’re looking for a PR Executive who understands the power of communication, relationships, and reputation. This role is for someone who enjoys connecting with people, telling meaningful stories, and helping brands earn visibility in the right places. You’ll support media relations, brand storytelling, public relations campaigns, and communication initiatives for both our clients and Optiminastic.
As a PR Executive, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how brands build credibility, shape perception, and create conversations that matter. From writing press notes and media pitches to coordinating with journalists, supporting events, tracking coverage, and helping craft compelling narratives. You’ll play an important role in how brands are seen and remembered.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns and communication strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media professionals.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, and communication materials.
- Support media outreach and follow-up activities to secure coverage opportunities.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Research industry trends, media opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate interviews, events, press interactions, and media engagements.
- Assist in content creation and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Maintain media databases and ensure accurate communication records.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Internship experience in Public Relations, Media, Communications, or a related domain.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good writing, research, and storytelling skills.
- Confidence in professional communication and networking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
