Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX & Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team in Vadodara. The candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with social media creatives and video editing, and the ability to use modern AI-powered design and image-generation tools.
The role requires someone who can independently understand a concept and convert it into engaging designs, reels, videos, website layouts, and landing page designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and ad creativesCreate and edit Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videosDevelop creative concepts based on brands, campaigns, products, and servicesDesign UI/UX layouts in Figma for websites and landing pagesCreate responsive and visually appealing website design conceptsWork with the digital marketing and content teams to convert ideas into effective visual communicationEdit videos with transitions, text, effects, music, subtitles, and other engaging elementsUse AI image-generation and creative AI tools to develop unique visual conceptsResize and adapt creatives for different social media and digital advertising platformsMaintain brand consistency across designs and campaignsStay updated with current social media design, reel, UI/UX, video, and AI creative trends
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CanvaGood knowledge of FigmaHands-on experience with CapCut and/or other professional video-editing toolsGraphic design and visual communication skillsSocial media post and ad creative designingReel and short-form video editingWebsite and landing page UI designGood understanding of UI/UX principlesExperience with AI tools and AI image-generation toolsAbility to create concepts rather than only follow ready-made templatesGood understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, branding, and colour combinations
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experienceA strong design portfolio is mandatoryCandidate should be comfortable working on multiple brands and industriesShould be creative, detail-oriented, and able to work within deadlinesAbility to understand briefs and independently develop design conceptsWork From Office – Vadodara

Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI video tools, Gemini or other generative AI platforms will be an added advantage.
