Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Installation and commissioning of Homogeniser at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns.
  • Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or automation-related issues.
  • Coordinating with customers to minimize downtime.
  • Providing technical support and operator training.
  • Preparing service reports after each visit.
  • Maintaining service records and documentation.
  • Recommending spare parts and maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments like sales, production, and technical support.
  • Supporting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
  • Ensuring safety standards and SOP compliance during service work.
  • Handling emergency breakdown calls and urgent customer requirements.
  • Assisting in machine performance improvement and modifications.
  • Building strong customer relationships through timely support.

Educational Qualifications

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in: Mechanical Engineering

Experience

  • 0–2 years for Junior Service Engineer
  • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or industrial equipment preferred

Technical Skills

  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • PLC/HMI basic knowledge
