Job Description
Experience: 4-5 years

Responsibilities
- Planned, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project objectives, requirements, and scope, as well as create a comprehensive project plan with tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders, providing timely updates on any deviations from the plan.
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts and escalate critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in the technology or software development industry
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- PMP certification is a plus
