Job Description
- Perform maintenance and repair activities in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing API Unit.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Inspect mechanical equipment to identify faults, wear, and potential breakdowns.
- Perform fitting, alignment, assembly, and dismantling of mechanical components.
- Handle maintenance activities related to pumps, valves, pipelines, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
- Support equipment installation, modification, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain proper maintenance records.
- Adhere to pharmaceutical industry safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Experience in a Pharma Manufacturing API Unit is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of industrial mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical equipment issues.
