Job Description
- Handle service, commissioning, overhauling, and aftermarket sales of screw air compressors.
- Perform installation and commissioning of screw air compressor systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot compressor-related technical issues.
- Carry out servicing and preventive maintenance of screw air compressors.
- Perform compressor overhauling and replacement of required components.
- Inspect compressor systems and identify potential technical problems.
- Ensure proper functioning and performance of compressors after service and commissioning.
- Handle customer service requirements and provide timely technical support.
- Generate aftermarket business through spare parts, service, and related products.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding spare parts, service requirements, and customer issues.
