- Candidate should have direct sourcing exposure through Open market or bank branches for atleast 1-2 years
- Candidate should have some exposure in Unsecured Business Loans or Professional Loans or both
- Candidate should have exposure in 10 lacs - 75 lacs unsecured loan band category.
- Some DST team handling experience will be a plus
- Exposure in handling sourcing through databases, cold calling market activities, tieups with associations etc will be an advantage.
- Preferably a Bcom graduate and MBA. Understanding of Financials will be a plus.
