About The Role
Rippling is building a Data Cloud that powers analytics and intelligence across 30+ products, and the Managed Connectors team is a critical part of that platform.
As the Engineering Manager for Managed Connectors, you’ll build and lead this charter from India, owning the platform that brings data from systems such as Salesforce, GitHub, Google Calendar, databases, and other third-party applications into Rippling’s analytics ecosystem.
Today, the Data Cloud runs 60,000+ analytical workloads every day, with that scale expected to grow to hundreds of thousands of workloads as we expand the platform.
This is a highly technical EM role. You’ll stay close to architecture and system design, lead a strong engineering team, partner with Product on roadmap and strategy, and help define how Rippling builds and operates connectors at scale.
About The Team
The Managed Connectors team is responsible for integrating data from external sources and internal Rippling products to fuel the company’s analytics ecosystem. We build the bridges that allow our customers to bring in data from sources such as GitHub, Salesforce, and Google Calendar to drive deep insights and trends analysis.
The broader organization has 30+ engineers across San Francisco, Toronto, and Bangalore. The Managed Connectors team builds the infrastructure that allows customers to bring external and internal data into the platform reliably and at scale.
