Hiring: Production Industrialization Specialist

Decathlon is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Production Industrialization Specialist (PIS) to act as the vital bridge between our product engineers and our manufacturing partners.

Your Mission

Your goal is simple but highly impactful: ensure our sports gear is produced at the right cost, quality, and time, all at scale. You will be responsible for transforming 100% excellent designs into 100% excellent mass-produced finished goods. By mastering the INDUS 11 Steps Methodology, you will guarantee top performance across quality, agile supply, industrial costs, and CO2 emission reduction.

What You Will Do

Bring Designs to Life: Translate technical specifications and blueprints into mass-production reality.
Manage the Lifecycle: Oversee the industrial project plan from early prototypes through to final sample validation, coordinating seamlessly between Brand and factory partners.
Be on the Ground: Work directly "in the field" at supplier sites to optimize manufacturing processes, boost efficiency, and actively support supplier development.
Ensure Excellence: Serve as the primary technical contact, ensuring factories consistently meet our strict technical and quality standards.
Drive Value & Sustainability: Lead cost-efficiency initiatives, execute cost breakdowns, support pricing strategies, and champion sustainable, responsible practices on the production line.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Education

1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
A Degree in Engineering (Textile Engineering, Applied Arts Textile, or Industrial Engineering is highly preferred).

Core Skills & Attributes

Industry Expertise: Solid knowledge of textiles, apparel, and end-to-end product development.
Analytical Problem-Solver: You are data-driven, highly detail-oriented, and skilled at analyzing cost breakdowns.
Strong Communicator & Negotiator: Fluent in English, you thrive in fast-paced international environments and can negotiate effectively.
