About the Role:

● The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software

development projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and

ensuring alignment with business objectives.

● The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to

work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal

team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring alignment

with business objectives.

● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and

technical teams.

● Create comprehensive project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and

interdependencies.

● Allocate resources efficiently, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion to

ensure timely delivery.

● Identify potential risks and issues early; develop and implement effective mitigation

strategies.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment

throughout the project lifecycle.

● Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders

and senior leadership.

● Ensure adherence to established software development methodologies; recommend

process improvements where necessary.

● Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and capture lessons

learned for future projects.

● Cultivate a collaborative, innovative team culture that supports continuous improvement

and creative problem-solving.

● Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects is essential

● Familiarity with software development languages, tools, and technologies is an added

advantage

● Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them

effectively based on project needs
