Position Summary
As a Services Specialist, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the US Ethics Office team, you will be responsible for:
- Support ethics office projects, communications, and awareness activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Maintain digital content, reporting materials, presentations, and learning resources used for ethics and compliance initiatives
- Coordinate survey rollouts, stakeholder inputs, and follow-up actions tied to program activities and office priorities
- Track records, metrics, and key performance indicators for ethics office operations and reporting needs
- Support day-to-day compliance activities, documentation, and task coordination in a fast-paced environment
Risk and Brand Protection supports Deloitte’s strategic priorities by helping protect the organization’s brand, reputation, and business operations.
The US Ethics Office advances Ethical Leadership priorities by supporting ethics-related communications, programs, reporting, and operational activities across the business.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a field aligned to ethics, compliance, or program operations
- 3-5 years of experience in ethics support, program coordination, compliance operations, human resources operations, or communications support
- Experience creating presentations, reports, and other business communications using Microsoft Office tools
- Experience supporting dashboards, reporting activities, or data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience supporting ethics, compliance, risk, governance, or internal controls programs
- Experience coordinating stakeholder communications, awareness activities, or learning materials
- Experience managing digital content, reporting tools, or communications platforms
- Experience tracking metrics, reporting outputs, or program activity status across multiple workstreams
