Payroll & Benefits Associate
As our new Payroll & Benefits Associate, you’ll be the face of this vital team, acting as the first line of support for employees. You’ll be managing the monthly payroll and benefits administration for the APAC workforce.
These Responsibilities Will Include
Payroll Processing
- Preparing the monthly payroll inputs and sharing it with the vendor
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs and payroll approvals by adhering to the prescribed timelines
- Assist with payroll data, reconciliation and audit
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and benefits
- Work closely with the payroll vendor for timely preparation of Annual returns and maintaining employee registers
- Monitoring payroll compliance are met every month
- Manage payroll partner relationships including identifying recurring issues in service and escalating appropriately.
- Assist in administering benefits program, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans and tax saving benefits
Qualifications
With your experience of Payroll and Benefits you bring a good foundation of Indian payroll regulations, payroll compliances and the benefits corporate companies enrol in. You’re familiar with industry practices and compliance regulations including PF and other statutory deductions. Great with numbers, you’re extremely detail oriented, and use your time management to juggle multiple priorities, working with colleagues in different locations.
Your English communication skills, both spoken and written, allow you to convey information clearly and simply, and you’re happy to deliver training sessions to employees to share your expertise in payroll and benefits. You do this in a friendly and supportive way, responding to queries and tickets to offer help.
