Educational Qualification

MS / DNB Ophthalmology
Fellowship in Oculoplasty (mandatory)

Experience

6–8 years post-fellowship

Must-Have Skills

Functional and cosmetic oculoplasty procedures
Lacrimal surgeries
Lid and adnexal reconstruction
OPD-to-OT independent case handling
Exposure to trauma and complex reconstructions
Teaching experience
Multidisciplinary coordination (ENT / neurosurgery)
