Job Title: Lead Enterprise Software Engineer

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Software Engineer with strong expertise in mobile application development, architecture, and design. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), Flutter, React Native, iOS, Android, and cloud service integration.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and designing enterprise-grade mobile applications while contributing to technical architecture and software engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable mobile applications with a strong focus on architecture and software design.
• Develop hybrid mobile applications using Flutter and React Native.
• Work extensively with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations.
• Develop and maintain native iOS and Android applications.
• Develop mobile applications using Dart, Swift, and Java.
• Design and implement mobile applications using REST APIs.
• Integrate and manage cloud services within mobile applications.
• Contribute to technical architecture, design decisions, and software development best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure application performance and quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field – Mandatory.
• 8–14 years of overall experience in software engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of mobile software development experience, particularly in architecture and design.
• Strong experience with BLE, Flutter, and React Native.
• Hands-on experience developing iOS and Android native applications.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Swift, and Java.
• Good understanding of REST API-based mobile application development.
• Experience with cloud services integration and management.
