About the Role:
● The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with project goals.
● The incumbent will report to the Program Manager The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather business requirements for various projects

● Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed and accurate requirements

● Analyse collected information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential challenges

● Create clear and concise requirement documents, including functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories

● Assist in prioritisation and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

● Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements ● Support the resolution of requirement-related conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle

● Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements

● Maintain and update the requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle

● Analyze current business processes ("As-Is") and design optimized future-state workflows ("To-Be").

● Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.

● Create high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specifications.
