Showroom Manager - Ahmedabad

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee showroom operations, drive sales, manage customer relationships, and lead the sales team effectively. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the interior decoration, home decor or related products industry.

The candidate should possess strong communication and leadership skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the showroom sales team.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other business partners.
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and design solutions.
  
• Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and conversions.
  
• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  
• Ensure proper product/display presentation and maintain showroom standards.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, inventory, delivery, and customer requirements.
  
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales procedures.
  
  
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in interior decoration or related products.
  
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
  
• Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
  
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good understanding of showroom sales and customer conversion processes.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Or Masters and Marketing / Sales Field
  
• Experience in interior decoration products, home décor or allied industries will be an advantage.
  
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
