About the Role:

Learning Pathways is building an AI-native enterprise platform that benchmarks organizational skills, identifies capability gaps and generates personalized learning pathways using Large Language Models, knowledge graphs and conversational AI.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable AI-powered products from the ground up. This role is hands-on and spans backend engineering, AI integration, data engineering and cloud infrastructure.

Learning Pathways
Conversational AI mentors
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Knowledge ingestion and semantic search
Enterprise API
Analytics and benchmarking engines

Requirements: What We're Looking For

Computer Science Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Strong software engineering skills, including experimentation, model evaluation and production deployment.
Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using data and evidence.
