How You’ll Make An Impact
- Data Analytics & Business Insights: Transform complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and management reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Project Coordination & Innovation: Collaborate on regional projects, improve processes, and help drive operational excellence across Asia-Pacific and India.
- Executive Communication & Storytelling: Develop professional presentations and management materials that communicate ideas, progress, and achievements to senior leaders.
- We are looking for a motivated student who enjoys working in teams, takes initiative, embraces new technologies, and is eager to learn. Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools are important. Experience with Power BI, AI tools, or data visualization is a plus.

- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct data research on real estate topics as directed by the team.
- Validate and maintain data quality in internal real estate databases and systems.
- Assist in the compilation and generation of standard operational reports for the region.
- Validate and maintain data quality in internal real estate databases and systems as well as file repositories
- Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Support project coordination by tracking tasks and deadlines for regional initiatives.
- Organize and prepare materials for team meetings and workshops.
- Prepare and format presentations in PowerPoint based on content provided by the team.
- Ensure all presentations adhere to corporate branding and quality standards.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
- Interest in Corporate Real Estate or a related business field=
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience is required; this is a student support position.
- Availability to work part-time for a temporary duration of 6 months.
The direct team is spread over Asia pacific and India. We collaborate remotely while everyone has local responsibilities. We also interact internally with other teams such as Finance. And we collaborate with our internal clients
