Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.
- Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on product strategy and execution.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 13-16 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful products in a competitive market.
