Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for…
- Executing recruiting plans for the aligned business function and supporting hiring delivery from interview through onboarding
- Managing recruiting activities and events, including weekday and weekend blitzes for open roles as needed
- Performing resume reviews and interviews based on business requirements and supporting candidate assessment and selection processes
- Managing offer process activities, including approved compensation band recommendations, offer discussions, and engagement with offered candidates
- Serving as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, Enabling Area teams, and Global teams while maintaining candidate information accuracy and supporting preboarding activities
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / 10 AM to 7 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree
- 2-5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience supporting candidate processing from interview through onboarding
- Experience conducting resume reviews and interviews
- Experience using recruiting technologies or applicant tracking systems
- Experience managing recruiting events or hiring drives
- Experience analyzing recruiting data including decline, conversion, and hit ratio metrics
- Experience using market intelligence reports to support hiring decisions
- Experience maintaining data compliance and data integrity in recruiting processes
- Experience partnering with sourcing, coordination, and business stakeholders to support hiring outcomes
- Experience supporting offer generation and compensation band discussions
- Experience managing preboarding activities, including background investigation follow-up
