We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Policy and Procedure Support Officer
In This Role, You Will
- Day-to-day management of Wealth advice hub SharePoint to ensure all processes and procedures are current, relevant and maintained to a high standard. This includes timely updates to the existing procedures and policies
- Rolling out communications to keep internal teams informed on the new updates and ensuring the documentation is saved and maintained for audit purposes
- Administrative tasks related to data extraction, processing and reporting for Advisors.
- Support the stakeholders in case of technical assistance for advisors, tasks/deliveries and resolving any technical conflicts that may arise at any stage of the customer journey
- Supporting training needs analysis and coordinating learning materials with Learning & Development or business teams.
- Monitor relevant regulatory obligations and internal control requirements, translating them into clear, actionable policy/procedure updates.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Control Owners to ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations and internal standards.
- Maintain traceability from regulatory obligations and key risks through to policy statements, procedures, controls and supporting evidence.
- 4-8 years of experience with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Good stakeholder management and ability to effectively collaborate with the cross functional teams
- Experience of using relevant software packages including software such as JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint is must
- Good written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- Good analytical skills to make decisions and find solutions to the problems
- Proven experience leading process and procedure functions within financial planning, wealth management, or wider financial services. Knowledge of wealth & insurance products
