As part of the Corporate Tax team, you will get exposure to:

• Corporate Tax Compliance & Tax Mandates

• Direct Tax Research & Analysis

• Latest Case Laws & Tax Circulars

• Tax Advisory – Memos & Presentations

• Scrutiny Assessments & Tax Proceedings

• Rectification & Stay Applications

• Tax Appeals and Income Tax Tribunal matters

• Tax Provisioning & Tax Audit Finalisation

• Client Management & Tax Authority Coordination

What are we looking for?

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Strong understanding of Direct Tax / Corporate Tax

Good knowledge of the Income Tax Act

Strong analytical & research skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Client-handling and coordination abilities

Prior exposure to Direct Tax/Corporate Tax through articleship is an advantage

Exposure to Corporate Law, FEMA or SEBI will be a plus
