Guardian of Childhood
We develop educational resources, awareness campaigns, workshops, and community initiatives that promote child protection, digital safety, mental well-being, and positive participation. Our work is guided by the principles of dignity, inclusion, respect, and the best interests of every child.
We collaborate with students, educators, parents, youth volunteers, civil society organizations, and community partners to encourage informed action and strengthen child-centered communities. Through education and advocacy, we aim to help people understand children's rights and their shared responsibility in protecting them.
Guardian of Childhood welcomes volunteers, educators, young people, and partners who share our commitment to building a safer and more supportive world for children.

About Guardian Of Childhood
Guardian of Childhood is a youth-led international educational initiative focused on Civic Literacy, Global Citizenship, and Youth Leadership.
Through digital education, campaigns, simulations, learning resources, and youth-led initiatives, Guardian works to help young people understand society, engage with the world, and develop the knowledge and leadership skills needed to participate meaningfully in their communities.
About The Fellowship
The Guardian Media Fellowship is a remote opportunity for students and young people interested in digital media, education, communications, advocacy, and storytelling.
The fellowship provides participants with an opportunity to learn about Guardian of Childhood and create meaningful digital content around the organization's three core areas.
Selected fellows will first attend an online orientation, where they will learn about Guardian of Childhood, its mission, programs, values, and areas of work.
Following the orientation, each fellow will create one short-form educational or awareness video based on one of Guardian's three core niches
- Civic Literacy
- Global Citizenship
- Youth Leadership
What Fellows Will Do
Fellows will
- Attend the online fellowship orientation
- Learn about Guardian of Childhood and its work
- Learn about the three core niches of Guardian
- Choose one niche for their media project
- Develop a video idea
- Research and prepare their content
- Create one short-form video
- Submit the video to the Guardian team
- Make revisions if required
- Contribute to Guardian's digital education and outreach
Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from students and young people who
- Are interested in digital media, education, communications, or advocacy
- Enjoy creating short-form video content
- Work for 1 Month
- Are interested in civic literacy, global citizenship, or youth leadership
- Can attend the online orientation
- Can complete the assigned media project
- Are willing to work respectfully with an international youth team
Fellows will receive
- Practical experience in digital media and educational communication
- An orientation on Guardian of Childhood and its work
- The opportunity to contribute to a real international youth-led initiative
- A portfolio piece based on their fellowship project
- A certificate upon successful completion
- The opportunity for their work to be published on Guardian's social media platforms
This is a remote and unpaid volunteer fellowship. No financial compensation is provided.
The fellowship is designed as a learning and contribution opportunity for students and young people interested in using digital media for education and positive social impact.
