Position Summary

The PRD Executive (Repair Engineer) is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing electronic equipment to ensure timely and high-quality service support. The role also includes technical troubleshooting, spare parts coordination, repair documentation, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and components.
• Perform troubleshooting using testing and measuring instruments.
• Ensure repaired products meet quality and performance standards.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online channels.
• Coordinate spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and repair logistics.
• Maintain repair records, service reports, and daily activity logs.
• Support preventive maintenance and promote best practices for equipment handling.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Experience Requirement

• 2-3 years of experience in electronic equipment repair, servicing, or technical support.
