About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Management Representative to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore South.

The Management Representative will be responsible for coordinating key quality, operational, and management-system activities, ensuring effective implementation of company standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Quality Management System activities.

• Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

• Prepare and maintain management-system documentation, records and reports.

• Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of procedures.

• Support Management Review Meetings and follow-up actions.

• Support employee awareness and training activities.

• Track corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.

• Prepare periodic reports and communicate key updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience

Standards: Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Good documentation, reporting, and audit-coordination skills

Proactive approach towards process improvement and compliance
