What you will do

Design and ship agent / LLM features for Aether OS and other products
Own evaluation, safety rails, and latency budgets
Integrate models into real product workflows
Document patterns the rest of the lab can reuse

What you bring

Hands-on LLM / agent application experience
Python and/or TypeScript production skills
Respect for reliability, cost, and user trust
Ability to explain trade-offs clearly

Nice to have

RAG systems
Fine-tuning
MLOps basics
Product sense
