We are India’s most loved brand in our segment. Our journey began from a 10X10 feet store, driven by the realization that there were very few options available to fulfill the fashion requirements of plus-size beauties. Often, they were greeted with the disheartening statement:

Starting from an Instagram page with an initial investment of INR 50,000, we have faced numerous challenges to enhance our skills and build a happy customer base. Today, we are a rapidly growing team of 50+ people, supported by a dedicated production team. We have a trusted customer base of 2.5 lakh women and a strong presence on all major social media platforms, with 400K followers on Instagram and 59K on Facebook.

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message and drives traffic to our website. You will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and be proficient in utilizing social media platforms to reach and engage our target audience.

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer (Ad Copy + Script), you will be responsible for creating compelling, conversion-focused content across ad platforms, retention channels, and social media that effectively communicates our brand message and drives traffic, engagement, and sales. You will have a strong understanding of performance-driven copywriting and be proficient in writing for multiple formats — from short scroll-stopping ad copies to structured video scripts.

• Retention Marketing Content: Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS campaigns to drive repeat purchases and customer engagement.
• Meta & Google Ad Copies: Craft high-performing ad copies for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, tailored to different funnel stages and audience segments.
• Website Content: Write and update website copy, landing pages, and product descriptions that are SEO-friendly and aligned with brand voice.
• Script Writing: Develop scripts for video content, reels, and ad creatives — including hooks, storytelling structure, and CTAs — for use by the media/production team.
• Social Media Captions & Stories Copy: Create engaging captions and copy for social media posts and stories across platforms.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, and other brand communication as needed.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, media, and design teams to develop and execute content strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Copywriter.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
• Strong understanding of copywriting frameworks for ads, retention marketing, and video scripts.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Garments or Ecommerce industry is a plus.
• Experience with CRM (Emails, push, SMS, Whatsapp) marketing campaigns and digital marketing techniques.
