We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Functional Analyst with 5–15 years of experience to support and optimize enterprise procurement processes across SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

You will work closely with procurement, finance, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve functional issues, improve processes, and support SAP procurement operations. Experience with indirect procurement and Coupa will be highly valued.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and day-to-day support for SAP MM and procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP procurement solutions.
• Support the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, and related procurement activities.
• Configure and maintain SAP MM procurement functionality based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and business users.
• Work with procurement and finance teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, releases, upgrades, and SAP implementation or rollout initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with developers on custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
• Provide user guidance, documentation, and training on SAP procurement processes and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between procurement, inventory, finance, and other business processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and user experience.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–15 years of relevant SAP functional experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Solid experience working with SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience in SAP procurement configuration, functional analysis, testing, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and vendor-related processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience providing functional support in large or complex SAP environments.
• Knowledge of indirect procurement processes and business requirements.
• Experience with Coupa procurement or source-to-pay solutions.
• Exposure to SAP–Coupa integrations and procurement technology ecosystems.
• Experience with SAP implementation, migration, rollout, or transformation projects.
• Understanding of integration points between SAP MM, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other enterprise systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Relevant SAP certifications will be an advantage.
