Job Location - Jaipur

Main Duty

Experience required - 2-7 years

You will be part of the remote monitoring team at our newly opened excellence of center in Jaipur/ HZL sites. You will analyze and interpret machine and field service data and provide insights and reports for our service business and customers. Your role contributes directly to improving the fleet’s performance, safety and sustainability. The role is within the Global Digital Service team which leads the connectivity and analytics services at Normet.

Your Key Tasks Include

Monitor Normet equipment with data from our field service tool and data from our equipment
Analyse data and provide insights on service needs, asset utilization, process and operational improvement
Collaborate with our global data analytics team
Communicate with front line and customers about data insights
Participation in digital development initiatives in relevant areas
Process development related to the area of responsibility

Experience from mining industry seen as a benefit.
Electrical and hydraulic circuits knowledge.
Fluency in English
Can-do and customer success attitude
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI analytic tools
Good SQL skills as a plus.
Experience in working in international environment and cross-functional roles seen as benefit.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data / technology /engineering or similar
