Rebel Foods
About Us -
We are surrounded by the world's leading consumer companies led by technology - Amazon for
retail, Airbnb for hospitality, Uber for mobility, Netflix and Spotify for entertainment, etc. Food &
Beverage is the only consumer sector where large players are still traditional restaurant companies.
At Rebel Foods, we are challenging this status quo as we are building the world's most valuable
restaurant company on the internet, superfast.
The opportunity for us is immense due to the exponential growth in the food delivery business
worldwide which has helped us build 'The World's Largest Internet Restaurant Company' in the last
few years. Rebel Foods' current presence in India & UAE with close to 50 brands and 4500+ internet restaurants has been built on The Rebel Operating System.
While for us it is still Day 1, we know we are in the middle of a revolution towards creating never seen before customer-first experiences. We bring you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to disrupt the 500-year-old industry with technology at its core.
We urge you to refer to the below to understand how we are changing the restaurant industry beforeapplying at Rebel Foods.

Product Journey @ Rebel -
Rebel Foods has evolved from a single-brand, offline restaurant to a multi-brand, multi-country,
technology-driven food platform.
Today we operate
• 400+ kitchens across 80+ cities
• Multiple owned and partner brands
• A deeply integrated product ecosystem powering operations end to end
Over the last few years, teams at Rebel have built 40+ products, including
• Consumer brand apps and websites (EatSure and D2C)
• Driver apps (Trax)
• Kitchen operating systems (Rebel+)
• CRM, dashboards and analytics platforms
• IoT-enabled kitchen systems
• Inventory and supply chain platforms (Spark)
• Kitchen performance dashboards (DSA)
These products let us run one of the most complex real-world operations - high-frequency demand,
perishable supply chains, and kitchen operations at scale - with speed and precision.
Where Spark Is Today, and Where It Is Going -
Spark is Rebel’s in-house kitchen and supply chain platform. We have already built and scaled the inventory
modules and a large part of the supply chain stack - stock visibility, indenting, receiving, consumption, and reconciliation across kitchens and distribution centres.
The next phase is the reason this role exists. Spark is expanding from an inventory system into the operating layer for everything of value inside a kitchen:
• Full-stack supply chain: deepening the flow from demand signal to supplier to distribution centre to kitchen, including procure-to-pay and order-to-delivery enablement, traceability, and exception handling
• Fixed assets management: bringing kitchen equipment and assets under a single digital system of
record, planned for the coming months
• Cash sheet: digitising kitchen-level cash tracking and reconciliation, also planned for the coming months
You will be the PM who takes these from a blank page to a system 400+ kitchens use every day. Two of the three are greenfield - you will define the problem, the workflow, and the data model rather than inherit them.
What You Will Own -
You will operate at the intersection of Supply Chain, Kitchen Operations, Finance, and Data Science, building AI-first, data-driven products that orchestrate demand, inventory, procurement, assets, and cash in real time.
Your work will directly influence food cost, availability, asset productivity, and operational efficiency across kitchens, warehouses, and suppliers.
Problem areas you will solve -
• AI/ML-driven demand forecasting and demand sensing
• Inventory planning, auto-replenishment, and intelligent exception handling
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash / Delivery (O2C) system enablement
• Supplier, DC, and kitchen network optimisation
• End-to-end SKU traceability - batch, vendor, source- and farm-to-fork visibility
• A control tower with predictive and prescriptive insights
• Digitising asset and cash workflows that run today on paper, spreadsheets, and trust
• Metrics, dashboards, and reporting that drive continuous improvement
The scale you will work at
• 1500+ SKUs, perishable and non-perishable, 100+ Assets in a kitchen
• 400+ kitchens across owned brands, partner brands, and marketplace models
• Systems spanning suppliers, DCs, SAP, 3PL, Spark, and track-and-trace
Key Responsibilities -
Product & Strategy -
• Own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your area of the Spark charter
• Identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities across forecasting, supply chain optimisation, and kitchen operations automation
• Prioritise use cases on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and scalability
• Translate complex operational and financial workflows into simple, scalable product experiences
• Communicate product intent clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Execution & Delivery-
• Turn business problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and ML requirements
• Own PRDs - including, for AI features, inputs, outputs, model behaviour, edge cases, and constraints
• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Ops, Finance, and Business
• Drive trade-offs between model accuracy, explainability, latency, and cost
• Define, track, and analyse KPIs tied to business outcomes
• Drive execution across discovery, delivery, experimentation, and iteration
AI / ML Lifecycle Ownership-
• Partner with data science on feature selection, experimentation, and evaluation metrics
• Define input and output metrics - accuracy, bias, drift, and the business KPI underneath
• Own rollout strategy, monitoring, retraining triggers, and post-launch improvement
Rollout & Adoption-
• Act as the bridge between business teams (Ops, SCM, Finance) and technical teams
• Explain complex AI concepts in simple, business-friendly language
• Drive adoption and change management — a module that kitchens do not use has not shipped
Your Impact -
Rich problems, beautiful mathematics, tangible impact.
• Shift teams from manual execution to data- and AI-driven planning
• Ensure the right SKU is available at the right place, time, and cost
• Bring assets and cash - today largely offline — into a single trusted system
• Directly influence food cost, availability, and customer experience
• Move AI models beyond PoCs into measurable business impact, with clear ownership of model
performance, adoption, and ROI
• Build a scalable, defensible supply chain platform with long-term potential
7. What We Are Looking For
• 3–6 years in product management, including hands-on work on data-driven or platform products
• At least 1–2 years on AI/ML or data-heavy products
• Exposure to supply chain, inventory, logistics, finance operations, or a similar operations-heavy domain
• Comfort with data, metrics, APIs, and AI/ML concepts
• Strong execution mindset with genuine ownership and accountability
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces — much of this charter starts undefined
• Empathy for operators: willingness to do field research and shadow kitchen staff
• Strong product storytelling and communication
• Curiosity and intuition for AI-driven solutions, and applied creativity
Required Skills & Experience -
Must-Have
• Strong understanding of ML concepts - You do not need to code models, but you must know how they work
• Experience writing clear PRDs and working in agile product teams
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to make decisions
• Working knowledge of AI PM tooling - prompt engineering, context engineering, prototyping,
automation, AI agents
Good to Have -
• Experience in supply chain, forecasting, operations, marketplace, or D2C
• SQL, basic Python, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
• Exposure to MLOps concepts
• Exposure to ERP or finance systems - SAP, fixed asset registers, or cash reconciliation
• Prior experience with large, noisy, real-world datasets
Why This Role -
• Two greenfield modules - fixed assets and cash - to define and build from scratch, on top of a platform
that already works
• High ownership across the full product and AI lifecycle
• Real operational impact, visible in 400+ kitchens rather than in a dashboard
• Close work with product leadership, data science, engineering, finance, and business stakeholders
