A day in the life of an Infosys Equinox employee:
- As part of the Infosys Equinox team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain. Area of Responsibility:
- Product definition - Understands the market, customer needs and defines the product with business requirements. Develop a deep understanding of end users and clients to define & document customer business functions and processes.
- Product development - Ensure accurate flow of client ask and information from product managers to develop error free stories for development. Define scope of the build or project with architects and PMs. Interact with the technology team and help them understand the business aspects of the solution.
- Product testing - Perform basic level of acceptance testing. Review Test cases and perform Functional and User Acceptance Testing.
- Communication & Coordination - Communicate and clarify the requirements to the development and testing teams. Coordinate closely with the teams to ensure the project is on track.
- Release Scoping - Implement the release plan in coordination with Engineering, UI & documentation teams, addressing stakeholder queries if any through the process. Manage change requests effectively and ensure appropriate documentation, testing and signoffs are received as per process.
- Client Engagement - Work with the end users/clients to help them understand the changes/new solution. Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Documentation - Prepare used cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specification (SRS) documents and other functional documents. Supports in release notes and documentation pertaining to the same.
- Training - Develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned modules. Provides consistent assistance in enabling users with product knowledge Competencies Problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in business planning and strategy, strong communication and interpersonal skills
