Senior Executive - Marketing

About the Role

Banka BioLoo is looking for a creative, digitally-savvy Senior Executive – Marketing to own our brand's voice across social media, content, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands, not just managing them.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure consistent, engaging content
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials
• Develop marketing assets including videos, graphics, reels, and other digital content
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all external communication channels
• Manage CRM data and support customer engagement and lead management activities
• Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, ChatGPT, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

• Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred
