Responsibilities :-
- Design and improve product features and user flows
- Conduct UI/UX research and validate solutions with users
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship products
- Maintain and improve the design system in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user behavior and UX decisions
- Ability to independently run user research
- Experience in complex domains like logistics, fintech, or operations
- Strong visual design and information hierarchy skills
- Good communication with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to measure UX impact using business metrics
- Experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
