Empower CDS - Product Owner

- Own the Empower CDS platform as a product across QC and analytical labs Product ownership,
- Define and maintain the Empower roadmap priorities enhancements, version upgrades e.g. Empower 3 FR upgrade, Stakeholder management
- Serve as single point of accountability across QC lab leads, Quality, IT, and validation teams,
- Translate lab needs into a governed backlog. Validation CSVCSA,
- Own the validated state coordinate change control, impact assessments, and CSVCSA deliverables for every release.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with client-side laboratory stakeholders to map out end-to-end data workflows, instruments, other systems and test materials earmarked for automation,
- Act as primary liaison between site teams and project team for process maturity assessment and requirement gathering activities,
- Track and report on project milestones, dependencies and risks specific to the integration stream,
- Support project manager and business owners with stakeholder management.
